Samyang Jjajang Hot Chicken Ramen is a Korean-style instant Jjajangmyeon topped with a sweet and spicy black bean sauce. Samyang combines this timeless Korean dish with its iconic flaming buldak sauce to give you an explosion of spicy, sweet, and umami that’s reminiscent of everything you love about Korean food. We recommend adding sliced spam pork, cabbage, and toasted sesame seeds and pickled radish for a more complete and filling meal.

1. In a pan, cook the noodle block and dry seasoning in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain until you get around 8 tablespoons of water left. 2. Add a little bit of sesame oil and the sauce and stir fry for about 30 seconds until you get a dense sauce that covers evenly the noodles

Among all of the Samyang noodles, this type is the best, as long as you can handle a little more heat than the red one. For some reason, despite how spicy it is, we prefer this one best. Easy to prepare just like the rest, and perfect amount of calories for a meal.
