We normally need 1 -2 working days to prepare the orders. When the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. 

Our warehouse is in Milan Italy, deliveries in Italy usually takes 1-3 working days . In European countries parcels may arrive in 10 working days after they leave our warehouse. Due to high number of requests, logistic delays may at time occur.  We kindly ask for your patience in case of such unforeseen situation.

Orders can be cancelled ONLY before its preparation.

We don't accept cancelation after the order is prepared.

Contact us asap if you wish to change the recipient, address, phone number, or add a delivery instruction, at info@8ttomarket.com. Modification of shipping information after the order is shipped is subjected to surcharge from the courier.

We currently accept all credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Satispay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Unionpay and Shop Pay.

Cash upon delivery is not an option.

Refund via Paypal is usually immediate. Refund via credit card or other payment methods might take 3 to 10 business days, which depends on the processing time of your bank.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method.

Here are a few points to help you correctly read the expiry date:

1. Most Chinese products and some Korean products have production date and duration printed on the packaging.You will find the expiry date on the translated label attached by the supplier.

2. The "Best Before" date is not the expiry date. It indicates that the product might lose some flavor after this date, but is still safe to consume. Nevertheless, at 8TTO Market we don't sell products with expired the best before date. Products with upcoming "Best Before" date will be sold discounted, and are clearly stated its status on the website.

Nor are we responsible for any adverse reaction caused by consuming the product we sell. If you are concern about a certain product, please request specific information before the purchase.
