We normally need 1-2 days to prepare your orders. You will receive a tracking number by email when your package leaves our warehouse in Milan, Italy.

Rules applied for BRT Italy:
1) BRT in Italy offers 1-2 delivery attempts. If the recipient is absent, the package will be redirected to a fermopoint located within a radius of 1-3 km from the delivery address and alerts will be sent via email or sms. The recipient needs to collect the package at the fermopoint within 10 days, otherwise the package will be automatically returned to us. The products will be refunded based on the rules described in the Warranty, Refund & Return page but we will be charging you the following fees incurred:
- €13.89 euro for the delivery and return shipment, also for orders with free shipping.
- Other costs charged by BRT for change of address, re-delivery or warehousing.
- You will also be charged €3 for packaging fee.
2) If you wish to use another home delivery option other than BRT, please contact us before placing the order. Shipping costs may be higher in this case.
3) We don't ship to "Zone Franche" such as Livigno and Campione.
4) For overweight shipments (over 25kg) additional shipping cost will be charged. We reserve the rights to cancel orders that are too heavy or too bulky with excessive shipping costs, and to cancel orders for remote areas.

Rules applied for EU countries:
1) Make sure that the recipient's name is physically shown at the intercom or building.
2) Make sure your address is correct and complete. Additional instruction to facilitate the delivery is welcomed. Shipping companies apply surcharge for the change or correction of address after shipping.
3) We use DPD in Europe by default, if you want to use a different shipping company, please contact us before placing the order. Make sure to check your order's tracking detail (sent via email or sms) for prompt delivery. DPD offer 2 delivery attempts for free. Failing which, you will need to pick up the package at the courier's nearest branch within 7 days, otherwise the package will be returned to us.
In such case, the products will be refunded based on rules described in Refund Policy but we will be charging you the following fees incurred:
- For Zone 2, €27.98 euro for the delivery and return shipment, also for orders with free shipping.
- For Zone 3/4/5, €37.98 euro for the delivery and return shipment, also for orders with free shipping.
- Other costs charged by DPD for change of address, re-delivery or warehousing.
- You will also be charged €3 for packaging fee.
4) If you wish to change the recipient, address, phone number, or delivery instruction, please contact us asap at info@8ttomarket.com. Extra charge will be applied by the shipping companies for changing these above information after the package is sent.
5) For overweight shipments (over 20kg) additional shipping cost will be charged. We reserve the rights to cancel orders that are too heavy or too bulky with excessive shipping costs, and to cancel orders for remote areas.
