Order Preparation

We normally need 1-2 days to prepare your orders. You will receive a tracking number by email when your package leaves our warehouse in Milan, Italy.

Zone 1: Italy (Including Sardinia and Sicily)

Delivery time: Northern Italy 1-2 working days; Rest of Italy 2-3 working days

Shipping companies may apply surcharge on shipments to Livigno, Campione and other "Zone Franche", Venezia and its nearby Islands, and other remote areas in Italy. We reserve the rights to cancel orders if surcharge is refused by our customers.

Important Notes:

1) Make sure that the recipient's name is physically shown at the intercom or building

2) Make sure your address is correct and complete. Additional instruction to facilitate the delivery is welcomed. Shipping companies apply surcharge for the change or correction of address after shipping.

3) We use BRT, GLS, DPD, Poste Italiane and Fedex depending on the areas and countries we ship. Make sure to check your order's tracking detail (sent via email) for prompt delivery. All the shipping companies offer 2 delivery attempts. Failing which, you may need to pick up the package at the courier's nearest warehouse. Extra charge may apply if the package is stored in the pick-up point for more than 7 days, or the third delivery attempt is needed. You can write to us at any time, we'll do our best to solve your problem.

4) If you wish to change the recipient, address, phone number, or delivery instruction, please contact us asap at Extra charge may be applied by the shipping companies for changing these above information after the package is sent.

5) We reserve the rights to cancel orders that are too heavy or too bulky with excessive shipping costs, and to cancel orders for remote areas.
