Vietnamese rice paper (bánh tráng) is a sheet of ultra-thin transparency composed of rice flour and tapioca starch, commonly employed in creating the vibrant Vietnamese summer rolls and fried spring rolls. This version of NBH's rice paper is squared, measuring 19x19cm, suitable for both fresh and fried spring rolls. Additionally, these squares can be used to make rice paper pocket dumplings and Korean tteokbokki, allowing for plenty of culinary creativity.
