A vegetarian alternative, Mama Sita’s Vegetarian Oyster Sauce is made purely from plant sources. It enhances the flavor of any dish. Add it to your kitchen ingredients to make perfect and delicious Chinese dishes for yourself and your family.

Oriental Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe (make 4 servings): Saute 1 tbsp (10g) minced ginger in 2 tbsp (30ml) cooking oil. Add 1 tbsp (10g) crushed and minced garlic, taking care not to brown it.
