Ssamjang is an (almost) non-spicy dipping sauce used in Korean cooking that contains gochujang(Korean chilli paste), Doenjang(Korean soybean paste), garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Ssam means wrapping, Jang means sauce in Korean, now you pretty much guess how this sauce works? Just smear the sauce on a slice of barbeque pancetta, and wrap it with rice and kimchi in lettuce leaves. You'll fall in love with ssamjang and it might just become your new favourite sauce!
