2. Rinse the konjac noodle under cold running water for 2-3 times to remove its natural smell
3. Cook them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes with salt as they are more difficult to absorb flavor compared to regular Asian noodles. Cook for longer if you prefer a softer texture.
4. Add a few drops of vinegar in the water can help remove the smell completely if you are super sensitive to it.
