Purple/black Riceberry rice is a whole grain blend of jasmine and black rice. This nutritious combination yields a soft, non-stick grain when cooked that's perfect for a wholesome meal. Not only is it high in dietary fiber, but it also boasts a wealth of antioxidants, folic acid, zinc, vitamin E, omega-3 fatty acids and beta-carotene. Additionally, it's packed with three times more iron than regular types of rice.

1. Soak the rice for 30 minute
2. Put 1 cup of Thai Black Glutinous Rice in the rice cooker
3.Add 1.6 cup of water. Turn the power on and wait until the rice is cooked
4.When the rice is cooked, let the rice rest for 10 minutes without opeing the rice cookder.
5. Serve
For softer rice, put more water and let the rice rest for a longer time. To ccok a large amount of rice, increase the rice quantity and water proportionally but use a little bit less of water.
