Lungkow mung bean vermicelli, also known as glass noodles, is made with simple and natural ingredients: mung bean starch and green bean flour. When cooked, these noodles become semi-transparent and are a commonly used ingredient in stir-fried noodle dishes, soups and hot pots. They can also be used together with meat and vegetable fillings for jiaozi (Chinese dumplings), bao (steamed bread) and bing (grilled buns), to give a unique texture.
