This Taiwanese Jjajangmyeon in black bean sauce with shiitake mushroom is an authentic Asian flavor. Noodles are hand made, sun-dried to effectively preserve their nutrients and texture without using preservatives.   • Non-fried wide noodles

1. Cook in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Stir the water surface slightly to even out the heat. Adjust cooking time according to personal taste.
2. Drain the hot water and add in sauces; sesame oil, vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce and spicy paste pack. (amount depends on personal taste)
3. Add chopped green onions and garlic for better taste.
