The combination of brown and red whole grain rice gives Mixed Cargo Rice 1kg a unique look and feel. 1. Soak the rice for 30 minute
2. Put 1 cup of Thai Black Glutinous Rice in the rice cooker
3.Add 1.6 cup of water. Turn the power on and wait until the rice is cooked
4.When the rice is cooked, let the rice rest for 10 minutes without opeing the rice cookder.
5. Serve
For softer rice, put more water and let the rice rest for a longer time. To ccok a large amount of rice, increase the rice quantity and water proportionally but use a little bit less of water.
