Liangpi, translated as cold skin noodles, is an iconic Chinese cold noodle dish traditionally served with cucumbers, cilantro, and bean sprouts.

  • Sour spicy sauce, add chili oil as per your taste

Treat your taste buds to the unique combination of acidic, hot, sugary, savory and aromatic Sichuan peppercorns in Liangpi Noodles!

 

Place noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them and cover for 5-6 minutes. Drain the water, add sauce and other seasoning, mix well and serve.

Dried pasta: wheat flour, palm oil.

Envelope of oil: palm oil. chili Peppers. sesame, garlic, ginger, cipolia, flavourings, chilli seasoning, capsicum oleoresin, coloring (E160c), spices.

Seasoning bag: salt, flavor enhancer (E621. E635), dehydrated shallots, sugar. flavourings, yeast extract. dried ginger powder. dehydrated garlic powder, emulsifier (E551).

Bag of vinegar: vinegar, soy sauce, preservative (E260), acidity regulator (E330).
