Liangpi, translated as cold skin noodles, is an iconic Chinese cold noodle dish traditionally served with cucumbers, cilantro, and bean sprouts.

Treat your taste buds to the unique combination of creamy sesame sauce and aromatic Sichuan peppercorns in Liangpi Noodles!

    Place noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them and cover for 5-6 minutes. Drain the water, add sauce and other seasoning, mix well and serve.

    Dry pasta: wheat flour, palm oil, salt.

    Sauce envelope: sesame sauce, peanut cream, palm oil, garlic. Chillies, ginger, spices, color (e160c)

    Soup envelope: water, soy sauce, salt, flavor enhancers (e621, e635), garlic powder, ginger powder, spices, preservative (e202).
