Korean Salty Pancake Mix is a mixture of flour seasoned with a variety of spices such as onion, garlic, black pepper, etc. It's a ready-to-use flour mix for "jeon", aka, Korean salty pancakes.

There is no need for extra seasoning. Perfect combination of flour, corn starch, garlic, onion, black pepper and more delivers marvelous flavors.
Korean Pancake Mix is great for all types Korean Pancake dishes and menus.

1. Mix 500g of Korean Pancake Mix and 850ml of cold water with a balloon whisk
2. Add sliced Kimchi, leeks, green onions, onions, mushrooms, etc to the mixed batter
3. Thinly spread out the mixed batter with the sliced vegetables on greased frying pan and keep flipping for 3 or 4 minutes

For 2 servings: mix 200g of this pancake mix with about 340ml water
For 4 servings: mix 400g of this pancake mix with about 680ml water
For 5 servings: mix 500g of this pancake mix with about 850ml water
