This Knife Cut Noodle is Handmade & Sundried Broad Noodles. These noodles are ribbon-shaped, fairly thick, and chewy when cooked. These knife-cut noodles come with a hot pot beef soup taste, ready in a few minutes.

Not fried, no preservatives! Try these authentic Chinese regional noodles!

1. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, heat it to boiling and put in the noodles
2. Cook for 7-9 minutes according to personal taste, stir the noodles from time to time, drain and set aside
3. Open the ingredients and pour them into a bowl, add 350ML boiling water, put it into the noodles and mix well before serving
