Japanese Mitarashi Echigo Mochi is a delicious and unique Japanese snack that features a chewy and soft rice cake with a sweet and flavorful soy sauce. It is a thinly sliced mochi that can be ready in 3 minutes by pouring boiling water. Add "Mitarashi sauce" that goes well with the mochi. There is a "cut" in the center of the mochi, so you can easily divide the amount you want to eat.

Place 2 mochi in a deep container, pour boiling water over, and wait for about 3 minutes.
