It is a thinly sliced mochi that can be ready in 3 minutes by pouring boiling water. The rice cakes are made using only Japan produced glutinous rice and are carefully pounded using a pestle method. In order to maintain the fresh taste of rice cakes, an oxygen absorber is included in each individual package of rice cakes.

Carefully selected Hokkaido soybeans are used for soybean flour. Sprinkle soybean flour on the cooked mochi and enjoy.

Place 2 mochi in a deep container, pour boiling water over, and wait for about 3 minutes.
