During the festive period, please note there may be delays in processing and shipping orders. Here's our adjusted Christmas service schedule to help you plan.
Order Preparation Time:
Our standard order preparation time is 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders:
Orders placed from 22nd December will be prepared and shipped starting from 27th December.
Shipping Days:
Couriers will not collect shipments from 24 Dicembre to 1 January, and on 6th Jan.
Warehouse Pickup:
Warehouse pickups are available on:
26th - 27th December, 30th - 31st December, 2nd - 3rd January.
Regular Service Resumes:
All services will return to normal on 7th January.
We strongly recommend placing your orders early to account for possible delays during this busy holiday period.

Pickup - Order usually ready the next working day from 12:00 to 16:00, pls fix an appointment with us after ordering via whatsapp.
