Tofu or Yuba skin is a soy-based food product. During the boiling of soy milk, in a low open pan, a film, like the "skin", forms on the surface of the liquid. The film is collected and dried into yellowish sheets known as tofu skin. Dried soybean skin is rich in nutrients, especially protein and amino acids. It can be used to make fried dishes, cold dishes, stir fry, stew, and boil soup. It’s a must-have hot pot ingredient, that will soak up all of the flavors of soups and sauces.
