The tea is named after the Chinese Goddess of Mercy Guanyin, and is a wonderful oolong tea from Anxi, Fujian, China, an area famous for the quality of its oolongs. Expertly processed in the classic style, this tea is floral and fruity, with some nutty notes that result from the meticulous roasting process.
