1 small bottle of Japanese brand soy sauce or poke sauce for sushi
1 pack of nori seaweed for sushi rolls
1 pack of sushi rice 1kg
1 pack of toasted sesame seeds (black or white)
1 wasabi paste or wasabi powder
1 pack of gari - marinate ginger slice
1 bottle of vinegar seasoning for sushi rice
1 bamboo sushi tray
1 sushi mat

How to prepare sushi rice (the RIGHT way):

Combine 1 cup Haruka Rice and 1.25 cups water in a medium saucepan without a lid. Bring to a boil then reduce right away to the lowest heat, let it simmer, and cover for 20 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed. Remove from heat, keep the saucepan covered for another 10 minutes before serving. Store the product in a dry and cool place, without direct sunlight.
