Tteokguk is a traditional Korean dish consisting of sliced rice cakes in a savory broth. It's commonly eaten during the new year for good luck and prosperity. The rice cakes, called garaetteok, are made from glutinous rice flour and cooked in a broth made from beef, chicken, or fish. Tteokguk is garnished with eggs, green onions, and gim (Korean seaweed), and sometimes served with mandu (Korean dumplings). Enjoy this delicious and filling soup on a chilly winter day. Ho comprato diverse volte, bella varietà di prodotti e sito fatto molto bene, mia figlia adora gli gnocchi di riso coreani in entrambi i formati e le tagliatelle di riso thai, sono alimenti privi di glutine e per lei che è celiaca è il top, inoltre si preparano velocemente e sono buonissimi. Ordini veloci e precisi e garantiscono il senza glutine e non sono tutti così i prodotti in commercio. Davvero consigliatissimo!!
