Toan Nam's signature round shape rice vermicelli is crafted specifically for Bún bò Huế, a traditional noodle dish native to Huế, a city in central Vietnam associated with the cooking style of the former royal court. It features thick and bouncy rice noodles, with slices of beef and chả lụa sausage, as well as pork knuckles in some recipes.
