Otafuku Okonomiyaki Takoyaki powder is pre-seasoned flour to stir up authentic Japanese street food batter. It adds the perfect balance of salty, savoury flavour to the batter for these two Japanese favourites, as well as any other batter or sauce. The addition of baking soda makes for the lightest texture while still achieving the perfect crispy savoury crust when fried.
