Beijing Jjajangmyeon Black Sauce Ramen Noodles from Ottogi have the perfect combination of thick chewy noodles and a classic dark brown, sweet chajang sauce. The traditional rich taste comes from roasted onions and salty, fermented black bean soybean paste (chunjang). The onion and Chunjang are roasted over a long period of time, so the jajang sauce is more decadent and more luxurious!
