1. Track your shipment
To monitor the status of your delivery, click on the "Track your shipment" link in the "Shipping Confirmation" email we sent you.
2. Important: Delivery Instructions
To ensure a safe delivery and avoid having your package left in unsafe locations or with unknown neighbors, we strongly recommend adding specific instructions for the courier. Amazon’s policy allows delivery without the recipient being present.
The link in the email mentioned above will take you to the Amazon Shipping portal. Here, you can reschedule and add delivery instructions by logging in or creating an account at the top-right corner of the page, using the same email address you used to place the order on our website.
3. Incorrect Address
We can only correct the delivery address before the shipment is dispatched.
Amazon’s policy does not allow address changes after the shipment has been sent. The only solution is to add a note for the courier in the "Delivery Instructions" section (see point 2 of this guide).
If your address is incorrect, not navigable, or cannot be corrected through instructions (e.g., in cases of different cities, distant areas, or if the courier does not see it), your order will be returned to us, and the shipping cost will be charged.
4. Customer Support
