With Amazon Shipping, you can easily track your shipments, reschedule delivery dates, change addresses and delivery instructions, and access dedicated customer service via chat, email, and phone. Here's how:

1. Package tracking portal: to monitor your shipment status, visit https://track.amazon.it/. Enter the tracking ID you received via email or SMS into the search bar at the top of the page and click ‘Search’. You’ll see all the details of your shipment in real time.

2. To reschedule delivery or leave delivery instructions, you must log in or create an account on the portal by clicking the hamburger menu at the top right of the page.

 

 

3. If your address is incorrect, your package will be returned to us after the first failed attempt. Amazon’s 5 delivery attempts policy does not apply, and the shipping fee will be charged. We send you reminders via email to verify your address right after you place your order, allowing us to correct it before the order is shipped. After the package is shipped, you can only update your address by contacting Amazon’s customer service directly here. We recommend using chat or phone for quick confirmation from their team.
