Soft, fresh udon noodles that are ready for your stir-fry or udon soup, with no pre-cooking required. These Japanese udon noodles are smooth, thick yet chewy because of the specific type of wheat flour they’re made of. Udon itself is bland but, depending on what you flavor the noodles with (broth, dip, etc.) you can end up taking your taste buds on a wild ride. The pack contains 3 servings each of 200g.

Stir-fried Udon:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry vegetables or meat of your choice. Once cooked, reduce the heat and mix in udon noodles. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and serve immediately.

Udon Soup: Add udon noodles into 300 ml of water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir fry: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry vegetables or meat of your choice. Once cooked, reduce the heat and mix in udon noodles. Add soy sauce or oyster sauce, then stir-fry for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
