This sauce is specially prepared to make flavorful Sichuan cooking quick and easy. Just add tofu, green onion for the deliciously authentic taste of tofu in Spicy Bean Sauce. This is also an excellent sauce for all spicy garlic dishes.

1. Preparation
Cut 500 g of tofu into cubes and blanch (it’s better to add a little salt) and drain
2. Stir fry
Heat oil in a pan, add 75 g of mapo tofu sauce and stir-fry until you can feel the fragrance, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, add tofu and simmer for 5 minutes
3. Thicken sauce and serve
Add water with starch and continue to simmer to thicken the sauce, when the sauce becomes thickened, turn off the heat and serve！
Warm reminder: Use 75 g of this sauce (1 small bag) for every 500 g of tofu: no need to use other additional seasonings
